How do I become sponsored by Grays Clothing?

To get sponsored you have to follow our certain criteria & terms, if you believe you have something to bring to Grays Clothing, please get in touch by using the contact page.

Who do you use to deliver?

We use DHL for international deliveries & Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, we will supply you with a tracking number.

Time frame?

T-Shirts can take up to 14 days to arrive within the UK, please bare with us! During busy times this could be longer.

Christmas Holidays & Bank Holidays?

We are closed 20th December until 10th January. Bank holidays are open as normal but orders may take longer due to delivery companies closing.

How long will deliveries take?

International deliveries can take up to 28 days to arrive (4-8 Weeks during busytimes), where as UK deliveries take up to 14 days (2-5 Weeks during busy times)

What is your refund policy?

You have 14 days to return your order, to do so it will be at your own cost, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition or we cannot accept the return, please contact us regarding a return before sending it back.

What happens if I have got the wrong size?

Return it at your own cost, stating that the item is the wrong size, but you will be charged again for delivery.

Are your T-Shirts Unisex?

Yes, all of our t-shirts are for both, women and men, please refer to our sizes page to check your size.

What are your social media sites?

Our social media sites are located at the bottom of our website, but failing to select them all of our social media sites are GraysClothing.
